Connecting the world with creativity
It’s only with a team full of happy, well-looked after people that we can achieve what we set out to do: be a sustainable, responsible business with a positive global impact.
Small teams, global mission
Our mission is this: to simplify the creative process and give momentum to big ideas, so emerging and established creators can realise their full potential.

Questions?
- What is it like to work at WeTransfer?
We work truly autonomous with the faith, space and resources we need to do our best work, which is really empowering. It’s also a safe environment, where people can be themselves and everyone is always ready to help each other out. Because WeTransfer does many different things, the work culture is very collaborative and there’s lots of opportunity for cross-collaboration or getting sneak peaks into other teams’ cool projects. We’re all proud to work here, we believe in the tools we’ve created, the platform we give to creatives, the things we enable people create and our responsible approach to advertising.
- What tools do you use for communication during the hiring process?
We’ll mostly converse over email. Interviews take place with Google Meet (typically with video on).
- What if I need accommodation for my disability in the interview?
At this point, all our interviews are taking place virtually. If you need any special accommodation, please let us know and we will work with you to find a solution.
- How will I know if my application has been received?
You will receive an auto-generated email acknowledging the receipt of your application.
- How do I learn about future openings?
If you’d like to be notified of new job openings that match your interests, sign up for our job alerts for the department you’d be interested in joining.
- Do you have an inclusive hiring process?
We aim to write inclusive job descriptions that encourage candidates from different backgrounds to apply. We use structured interview techniques for interviewers to be more objective and assess candidates on the same criteria. We aim to have a diverse interview panel to allow for different perspectives. We nudge hiring team members to reduce bias in the decision-making process. We make candidates feel more welcome by asking for their preferred pronouns.
- I can’t find an open role that’s right for me. What do I do?
We post new jobs often. If you know which department you’d like to join, you can always subscribe to be the first to hear about new roles.
